How To Guide

To search for a product, enter a keyword in the search box to the top left of the screen and click "Go". For advanced search options, use the drop down list to specify By Title, By Artist or By Songs.

To view full catalogue of products, click on a product type button (CD, VCD, DVD, Ringtones), then click on "Click Here to View All Titles A-Z". Products have been grouped into categories and can be selected on the right handside.

To view product details, click on either the name of the product, the product thumbnail image or the information button.

To add a product to your shopping basket, click the Buy button. The shopping basket will be immediately updated with your chosen product.

To pay for your product(s), click the Checkout button. If you have never previously registered for an account then click on the "New User/Sign-Up" option and follow the instructions. If you are a returning customer then enter your email address and password to login.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT store or have access to any of your CREDIT CARD details as all our payments are handled by our 100% secure payment handling partner WorldPay.

To leave Shout Outs, click on "Leave your MSG" at the top right of the screen and follow the instruction on the pop up window. The Shout Outs function allows you to leave messages for your friends and can be viewed anywhere in the world. Please note Shout Outs do not appear on the site immediately as they are checked by our Admin team to prevent abusive or offensive material being published on the site.

To write a review for any product, firstly click to view the product details page then click on "Click here to add your review". Please note Reviews do not appear on the site immediately as they are checked by our Admin team to prevent abusive or offensive material being published on the site.

To listen to a sample of music, please ensure the track has a speaker icon next to it. This indicates there is a sample for this track. Click on the speaker icon and a popup will appear listing the track name. Please note, you must have the latest version of Real Player installed on your PC in order to be able to listen to our samples.

To join our mailing list, enter your email address in the Join Mailing list section and click "Join Us".

Postage and Packaging

We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

For all overseas orders we do not take responsibility for customs duty levied on the merchandise.

All orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail, delivery times are as follows:

  1. Orders shipped within the UK usually take between 3 - 4 working days.
  2. Orders shipped to the rest of the world usually take between 5 - 7 days.
  3. Public holidays and circumstances beyond our control can delay the arrival of goods so therefore please allow 14 days before contacting us regarding missing or lost packages.
  4. Credit/Debit cards will be charged in advance of delivery at the time of ordering.

Please note that deliveries may be delayed at Christmas due to the huge increase in postal traffic. Orders placed after 3pm on the 16th December may not be received until after Christmas.
Orders placed for Christmas or any other specific date may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for items not arriving by any specific date.

Returns Policy

We can only accept returns if there was an error on the website, an error in shipping or the goods are faulty. Returns will be accepted as long as the goods are unopened and returned within 14 days of the purchase date. A decision will be made for other circumstances at the discretion of the Website. Please note, the decision of the Website should be accepted as final.

Postage and packaging charges are not refundable unless the Website made an error.

The procedure for returning goods is as follows:

  1. Please email us at support@asianmusiconline.co.uk stating the order number and reason for return and we will send you a refund authorisation number. No items returned for refund will be accepted unless we have sent you an authorisation number.
  2. Once you have received the refund authorisation number, please pack the goods securely, enclosing the original delivery note, authorisation number and reason for return.
  3. Goods must be returned by registered post as we cannot be held liable for items not arriving back to us.
  4. Once we have processed the return we will refund the original credit/debit card with the purchase price of the goods. Please allow upto 28 days for the money to be credited back to your card.
